Through his work as a solicitor and as an entrepreneur, he has in-depth knowledge of the needs of companies and entrepreneurs for goal-oriented legal advice. In addition to contract and commercial law, the team at Hollinger Rechtsanwälte also practises criminal law.

Spin-off/Merger
A company sold parts of its business to a target company, with a spin-off, sale and merger taking place.

Establishment of the foundation / foundation board presidium
From the first idea of the founders to the establishment of the foundation to the start of the first activities in autumn 2018.

Real Estate
Diverse real estate transactions with representation of the buyer, starting with due diligence up to the completion of the transaction, which involved both private and commercial properties, partly combined with service contracts.

Corporate Law
Support of start-ups from the initial idea to the formation, partly with further support and representation of the client towards landlords, suppliers, banks etc.; ensuring corporate housekeeping for various companies; drafting of partnership agreements and special investment regulations; support of company formation and restructuring in various EU countries.
